For the eighth day of our 12 Days of Christmas movie recommendations, Sam suggests “Rudoph’s Shiny New Year”.
Baby New Year, aka Happy, has run away and if he doesn’t come back, it will remain the old year forever. Father Time asks Santa Claus for help, but on such a foggy night who can he turn to for help? Why Rudolph of course. With his nose so bright he’ll cut through that fog like a knife. The future of Christmas is riding on Rudolph’s success.
Probably the cutest Christmas movie ever. Especially when Happy takes off his top hat to reveal those awesome ears. You just can’t help but smile. Did you know the reindeer Rudolph was actually created for Montgomery Ward’s department store by employee Robert May in 1939 as part of an advertising campaign?
